SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant
Role Overview
The SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant will be responsible Reports and simple Integrations needs of SuccessFactors Implementation
Key Responsibilities
Analyze reporting requirements, document them using standardized templates for SuccessFactors Reports/Story building
Design and Deliver dashboards and data visualizations in SuccessFactors aligned with Client Business Needs.
Ensure compliance with global reporting standards focusing on legal and regulatory requirements involving multiple countries
Administration of Report variants in SuccessFactors
Robust understanding of HR Processes and experience delivering HR analytics Solutions and simple Report based Integrations
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors HR Business Processes
Hands-on SuccessFactors Roll story experience.
Compiling Diverse report requirements on commonality parameters on Data points.
Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or IT.
3+ years of Data Migration experience with SuccessFactors.
SAP Platform Reporting Certification would be a plus.
