About the Role

Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to develop and expand our business through the sanitary, hardware, plumbing, and building-material dealer network.

The role will focus specifically on building strong relationships with sanitaryware shops, hardware stores, plumbing material dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and other relevant channel partners and driving sales of Aquaneeta water purification products through these channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand Aquaneeta's sales network through sanitary and hardware shops.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Develop strong relationships with sanitaryware and hardware dealers.
Generate regular business from existing and new channel partners.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute dealer visits, product presentations, and promotional activities.
Introduce Aquaneeta products to dealers and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and margins.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
Work closely with dealers to improve product visibility and sales.
Develop opportunities with plumbers, contractors, builders, interior professionals, and project-related customers.
Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Maintain regular sales reports, dealer records, and market updates.
Support the development of a robust and sustainable sanitary & hardware channel for Aquaneeta.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales/channel sales, preferably in sanitaryware, hardware, plumbing, b
