Executive – Technical Support & Project

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Web & Email Hosting (cPanel/Plesk), VPS/Cloud Hosting, DNS, Domains, and ThinkEmailer.
Implement and migrate cloud solutions including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, OneLogin, and Freshworks.
Manage system administration, user accounts, backups, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, firewall, and cloud-related issues.
Install and support Biometric and CCTV systems.
Handle customer support via phone, email, ticketing system, and onsite visits when required

Microsoft 365, Azure & Google Workspace
Web Hosting (cPanel/Plesk)

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in Technical Support,



System Administration, Networking, or Cloud Technologies.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
