Role & responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple buildings, ensuring timely repairs and routine inspections.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and vendors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, tenants, and stakeholders to address maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
Manage budgets, procurement, and contract negotiations for maintenance services.
Prepare reports, maintenance dashboards, and compliance documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations.
Lead safety audits and incident investigations.

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of facility management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing large-scale maintenance operations across multiple buildings.
Robust stakeholder management skills, including vendors, tenants, and internal teams.
In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire safety, STP, and building systems.
Budget management and operational planning expertise.
