Job Summary

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential schools, connecting with decision-makers, presenting Takshora’s platform, and converting interested schools into active users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, technology, relationship building, and meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach schools that can benefit from Takshora.
Connect with school owners, principals, administrators, and other decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate the Takshora platform to prospective schools.
Understand the needs and challenges of schools and explain how Takshora can help.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active Takshora users.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing schools.
Coordinate with the team during the school onboarding process.
Help expand Takshora's presence across schools and different locations.
Maintain sales activity, lead, and follow-up records.




Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
Travel and meet schools when required.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and a regional language.
Confidence in communicating with school management and decision-makers.
Basic understanding of software, technology, or digital platforms.
Robust presentation and convincing skills.
Ability to build professional relationships.
Willingness to travel for school visits when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Sales, Business Development, EdTech, SaaS, or technology experience is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.
