Field Sales Consultant – LMMKey Responsibilities
Generate recent sales leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and local market activities.
Visit and meet potential customers such as fleet owners, transporters, business owners, contractors and individual customers.
Promote and sell Light Medium Motor (LMM) vehicles as per assigned sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LMM vehicle models based on application, load capacity and business needs.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance schemes and offers to customers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide proper information about vehicle performance, mileage, payload and applications.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams for smooth completion of the sales process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.




Identify new business prospects and develop the local market and customer network.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and market activities and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, bookings and sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.

Required Criteria
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Marketing / Business Administration
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Automobile Sales / Commercial Vehicle Sales / Field Sales
Freshers: Diploma / Graduate candidates with valuable communication skills and interest in automobile sales may also apply
