Job Overview

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration, preferably within the IT/Software industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave, timesheets, and HR-related queries.
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Coordinate with employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and requirements.
Assist with payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly HR reports.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee retention activities.




Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare HR MIS and periodic reports for management.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.

Required Skills
3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Positive understanding of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR tools/software.
Prior experience in an IT/Software company will be preferred.

Education

MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
