About the Role

We are looking for a performance-focused Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and help grow our social media presence through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
Plan and execute campaigns based on business goals and target audiences.
Monitor ad performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, leads and conversions.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead/conversion.
Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with the content/design team for Instagram Reels, videos and ad creatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.




Identify current opportunities to increase leads, sales and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta and Instagram advertising trends.

Requirements
Graduation is required.
Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Solid knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Good communication and speaking skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for campaign performance.
Previous experience managing campaigns with real advertising budgets will be preferred.

Probation Period

3 months probation period.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
