Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Power BI - Reporting to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support business intelligence and decision-making requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into meaningful visualizations, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to deliver accurate and high-performance reporting solutions.
Build and optimize Power Query (M) transformations, ETL processes, and data integration workflows from multiple data sources.
Design and maintain dimensional data models, including star and snowflake schemas, to support scalable analytics solutions.
Connect and integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Azure Synapse,



Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud data sources.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance, data refresh schedules, and dataset efficiency to ensure reliability and scalability.
Implement Power BI governance, security, row-level security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and best practices for enterprise reporting settings.
Collaborate with data engineers, data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
Create technical documentation, provide user training, and support self-service analytics initiatives while staying current with recent Power BI, Fabric, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
