About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and technically proficient
FPV Drone Pilot
to operate, maintain, repair, and support FPV and other advanced UAV systems. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in
FPV drone flying, assembly, troubleshooting, mission execution, and field operations
, along with a sound understanding of drone safety and DGCA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Operate
FPV, DJI, agriculture, and custom-built drones
for various aerial missions.
Conduct
manual and autonomous flight operations
, including pre-flight planning and post-flight checks.
Execute aerial missions for
surveying, surveillance, thermal imaging, videography, and other project requirements
.
Assemble, configure, test, repair, and maintain
custom FPV drones
, including 3.5", 5", 7", and 10" configurations.
Troubleshoot flight controllers, firmware, motors, ESCs, batteries, FPV systems,



and other drone components.
Perform regular
pre-flight inspections, equipment checks, battery management, and post-flight analysis
to ensure operational readiness.
Plan flight missions considering terrain, weather, operational requirements, and safety protocols.
Maintain proper inventory of
drones, batteries, tools, spare parts, and accessories
.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to drone operators/team members on FPV flying, components, repair, and secure handling.
Support drone operations in diverse and challenging field environments.
Ensure compliance with applicable
DGCA guidelines, safety procedures, and organizational protocols
.
Prepare and maintain flight records, mission reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand mission requirements and ensure successful project execution.
