Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Consultation
Handle inbound enquiries via Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Walk-ins
Understand customer needs and suggest best Domestic / International packages
Prepare customized Itinerary, Costing, and Quotations
Close bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with DMCs, Hotels, Airlines for bookings
Prepare vouchers, day-wise itinerary, and travel guidelines for customers
Coordinate with Visa & Ticketing team for smooth execution
Customer Relationship
Build long-term relationship with customers for repeat & referral business
Post-tour follow-up and review collection
Handle customer queries before, during, and after the tour

Required Skills:




Must have 1+ year experience as Tour Consultant / Travel Agent / Sales in Travel
Excellent knowledge of International Destinations - Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Dubai, Europe preferred
Robust communication & convincing skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam/Hindi will be an added advantage
Ability to prepare tour itinerary & costing
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Computer, Email, WhatsApp Business
