Role & responsibilities
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial transparency.
Lead monthly/quarterly financial close governance and produce

accurate, timely management reporting with transparent variance analysis and commentary.
Own liquidity management metrics with a focus on DSO and

working capital optimization; partner with O2C/AR teams to improve cash conversion.
Drive expense management discipline and revenue forecasting

accuracy; build driver-based forecasting models and scenario analyses.
Build and maintain dashboards covering people metrics (hours, FTE, headcount, utilization) and engagement economics to inform capacity and profitability decisions.
Produce detailed reports that provide valuable insights along

with commentary, aiding strategic decision-making and

improving financial transparency.
