Requirements
Understanding observability concepts robust grasp of the observability pillars - logs, metrics, traces familiarity with distributed systems, microservices and their challenges
Experience with Observability tools
Hands on knowledge of tools like Current Relic, Splunk, Grafana, VM and Open Telemetry




Exposure to trends in observability frameworks and standards.
Engineering experience
Ability to collaborate with engineering, understanding their points and translate into product needs.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, CICD and DevOps.
Exposure to APIs, Backend Apps.
Data Analysis
Ability to interpret patterns, anomalies and opportunities from complex sets of data.

Qualifications
Min 2 years of Product management experience.
Technical education: degrees in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
Having proven success in working on unstructured problems, defining hypothesis, creating MVPs, running experiments and analysing results to drive data-driven decisions.
Understanding how observability impacts business like availability/reliability, customer Satisfaction and business impact.
Prior experience in observability or devops proven track record in building and managing observability systems.
