Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 3–6 years of qualified experience to create high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, events, courses, and institutional communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, digital campaigns, events, courses, and promotional content.
Transform raw footage into engaging videos with solid storytelling, pacing, transitions, graphics, music, and sound design.
Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media clips.
Edit long-form content including interviews, talks, events, testimonials, documentaries, and educational videos.
Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as required.




Select appropriate music, sound effects, stock footage, images, and other visual assets to enhance the final output.
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
Maintain consistency with the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Organize and maintain video project files, footage, assets, and archives systematically.
Review final videos for technical quality, accuracy, branding, and content consistency before publishing.
Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging tools.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
