Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US Time Zone)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter with 23 years of experience in hiring engineering talent. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within engineering domains, particularly in manufacturing or supplier quality roles. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global, quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles
Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fitment
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements




Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires
Work closely with global stakeholders, especially US-based teams
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–4 years in technical/engineering recruitment
Proven experience in hiring for Engineering and Supplier Quality roles
Strong expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, etc.) is highly preferred
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
Background in recruiting for the manufacturing industry
Experience working in global or multinational environments
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable infrastructure
