Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Conduct a detailed vehicle inspection and accurately record customer complaints in the job card.
Explain the required service, repairs, estimated cost, and delivery time to customers.
Prepare and update job cards with complete and accurate information.
Coordinate with technicians and the Service Manager for timely completion of jobs.
Monitor the progress of vehicles under service and provide regular updates to customers.
Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or paid work.
Ensure that all recommended repairs and services are completed as per company and manufacturer standards.
Conduct a final inspection/check before vehicle delivery.
Explain the work carried out, parts replaced, and charges to the customer at the time of delivery.
Ensure proper invoicing and collection of payments before vehicle delivery.




Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding pending approvals, vehicle delivery, and repeat service requirements.
Promote periodic service, repair work, accessories, and other service-related offerings.
Maintain proper records of service history, customer complaints, and follow-ups.
Ensure customer vehicles are handled safely and returned in proper condition.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department for availability of required parts.
Maintain high standards of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Follow all dealership, safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
