Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing to support marketing strategies, brand development, market research, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and prospects.
Support brand promotion, product positioning, and marketing communication.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for effective execution of marketing plans.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and online promotional activities.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports/MIS.
Support trade marketing, dealer/distributor engagement, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.




Track marketing budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
Experience in FMCG, edible oil, food, or consumer goods is preferred.
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, brand promotion, market research, and trade marketing.
Valuable knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Robust communication, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
