Job Responsibilities
HR Compliance: experience in crafting policies, maintaining statutory documentation, ensuring compliance with govt requirements
HR Operations: HRIS system usage, performance review, HR escalations, PIP process, associate insurance upkeep, maintain and proactively share relevant HR insights & analysis with senior leadership in India and USA
Compensation & Advantages: knowledge of market salary benchmarking, experience in working and communicating merit increases etc.
Talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding: coordinate and drive hiring (either on own or with vendor partners), associate induction, associate exits
Associate Engagement: ensure leaders and associates of business units are motivated through creative, practical HR initiatives

Qualifications / Skills required
At least 6 years experience in handling the job responsibilities stated above




A minimum of a bachelors degree
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
Must be based in Mysuru. Work from office. 12 9 PM India time.
Experience in working with US or Europe teams
Must be very proficient in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
