Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D BIM models for architectural and structural projects using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, sheets, and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate models with multiple disciplines and resolve design conflicts.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and LOD requirements.
Perform model quality checks and support clash detection and coordination.
Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project content.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers to meet project deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
1–8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.




Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Valuable understanding of BIM standards, LOD 100–500, and construction documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 workflows is an advantag

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,231.17 per month
