Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The role involves managing customer communication, resolving complaints efficiently, and working closely with sales and accounts teams to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer communication after sales and maintain long-term relationships
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
Conduct customer satisfaction and quality assurance surveys
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and reports

Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in any stream
2–6 years of experience
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Moderate to advanced Excel knowledge
Robust numerical and analytical ability
Comfortable using Office365 / Google Workspace
Bilingual or multilingual skills are an added advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
