Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of process equipment, including autoclaves, compounding machines, filling machines, injectable machines, lyophilizers, sealing machines, vial washing machines, and vial filling machines.
Perform breakdown maintenance tasks to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and extend lifespan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any defects or anomalies.
