IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the organization's computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, firewalls, and VPNs, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, computer systems, hardware, and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Support and manage Windows and macOS operating systems.
Manage Microsoft technologies, including:
Active Directory
DNS
DHCP
Windows OS
Perform user account creation, modification, password resets, and access management in Active Directory.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
Support firewall management and security configurations.




Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for users and remote employees.
Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify and resolve security-related issues involving systems, networks, and user access.
Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware and software.
Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure or security teams when required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Support.
Valuable understanding of computer hardware and software.
Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory.
Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
Positive understanding of network administration.
Experience with firewalls and firewall management.
Knowledge of VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
