Role & responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance
Maintain lighting, sockets, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, UPS and earthing.
Attend electrical breakdowns.
Maintain logbooks and emergency lighting.
HVAC Maintenance
Maintain Split, Cassette and VRV/VRF AC systems.
Perform filter cleaning, drain cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate major repairs with vendors.
Plumbing Maintenance
Repair leakages, taps, flush valves and drainage.
Maintain washrooms, pantry plumbing and pumps.
Carpentry & Furniture
Repair office furniture, doors, locks, hinges and partitions.
Carry out laminate and polish touch-ups.
Civil & Painting
Minor civil repairs, ceiling, flooring and tile repairs.
Paint touch-ups and finishing.
Building Upkeep

Daily inspection of office, service centre, reception, pantry, washrooms and common areas.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Vendor Coordination

Supervise vendors, inspect work quality and ensure safety compliance.




Service Centre Support

Maintain watch repair workstations, utilities, lighting and storage infrastructure.
Safety & Compliance

Follow electrical safety, PPE, fire safety and housekeeping standards.
Documentation & Inventory

Maintain PM records, breakdown history, spare inventory and inspection reports.
Continuous Improvement

Recommend asset improvements, energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:
ITI in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Fitter, Maintenance Mechanic, or any other relevant technical trade.
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical E
