We are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Engineering Services
to drive strategic partnerships, engineering service opportunities, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent strategic partnerships and engineering service prospects.
Build robust relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, engineering service providers, and technology partners.
Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Drive business development, joint initiatives, and pipeline growth.
Manage engineering service providers on Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and technical capability.
Conduct supplier performance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership teams.




Track KPIs, resolve escalations, and ensure partner satisfaction.

Preferred Experience
15+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Engineering Sourcing, or Supplier Management.
Automotive / Engineering Services / Technology / Industrial sector experience.
Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Volkswagen Group exposure is highly desirable, particularly programs involving Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Porsche, SEAT, or CUPRA.
Existing relationships within the Volkswagen Group ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
MBA is preferred.
