Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar hiring in manufacturing industry, including bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. to meet business requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand job descriptions, requirements, and expectations.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (internal) regarding candidate status updates.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
