Role Description:
User Assistance: Providing technical support to users with hardware, software, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving basic computer hardware and software problems.
Network Administration: Assisting with basic network tasks, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Security: Monitoring the lab for potential security risks and addressing issues.
Equipment Inventory: Maintaining accurate records of lab equipment and supplies.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining the working order of lab equipment, including troubleshooting, minor repairs, and ensuring proper functioning of printers and scanners.
Lab Operations: Supervising the use of the lab, enforcing procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lab workplace.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for lab procedures, software, and equipment.




Student Work Study Management: Managing and supervising student work study programs in the lab.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / Master's Degree in Computers.
Understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
5 years of minimum experience in a similar role.
MS Office knowledge (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the education industry preferred.
Candidates having experience with University system setup will be preferred.
