Job Summary

Accounts Executive – Billing

Job Location: Vichoor, Chennai
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an Accounts Executive – Billing to handle billing, invoicing, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill generation, accounting entries, and day-to-day accounts-related activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of GST, billing processes, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Generate and manage e-Invoices as per applicable GST requirements.
Generate and maintain e-Way Bills for material movement and transportation.
Verify invoice details including quantity, rates, GST, customer/vendor details, and supporting documents.
Ensure accuracy of billing and tax-related documentation.
Maintain proper records of e-Invoices,



e-Way Bills, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and Dispatch teams for billing and material movement requirements.
Prepare billing statements and reconciliation reports.
Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
Follow up on pending invoices and resolve billing-related discrepancies.
Ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.
Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance activities.
Support the Accounts team in monthly closing and MIS reporting.
Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Perform other accounts-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Billing, e-Invoice, and e-Way Bill processes.
Valuable understanding of GST and invoicing procedures.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
