Job Title: Rockwell PharmaSuite MES SME

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rockwell PharmaSuite MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of the PharmaSuite MES platform within a pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in MES deployment, Java-based customization, and integration with enterprise and shop floor systems such as ERP, Level 2 automation systems, weighing scales, and LIMS.

This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, system connectivity, and technical solution delivery in regulated settings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT to deliver robust MES solutions.

Responsibilities PharmaSuite MES Installation Setup
Install and deploy Rockwell PharmaSuite MES across development, test, and production environments
Perform initial system setup and environment configuration
Support deployment planning,



system availability, and technical setup activities
Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for environment readiness

MES Configuration Java Customization
Configure PharmaSuite based on business and manufacturing requirements
Manage MES master data and objects including:
Materials, equipment, and resources
Workflows and recipes
Users, roles, and master data
Configure manufacturing workflows, electronic instructions, exception handling, and data collection
Perform Java-based customization and configuration within PharmaSuite
Support enhancements, changes, and ongoing system improvements

Integration Interfaces
Design, implement, and support integrations between PharmaSuite MES and other systems
Work on integrations with:
ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Level 2 / automation systems
Weighing scales
LIMS
Ensure seamless end-to-end data flow across systems
