About the Role
Synapse Valuetech Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive – Enterprise Software Solutions & Services to acquire and develop business from enterprise and mid-market customers.
The role involves selling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, business-process automation solutions, custom technology solutions and associated implementation/services to organisations looking to digitise or improve their business processes.
This is a new-business acquisition and revenue-generation role. The candidate should be comfortable prospecting for customers, understanding business processes, identifying operational problems, presenting technology solutions, coordinating demonstrations and proposals,
negotiating commercials and progressing opportunities towards closure.
Prior enterprise-software sales experience is preferred, but candidates with strong B2B technology-sales fundamentals and the ability to understand business applications will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Recent Business Development
Identify and acquire recent enterprise and mid-market customers.
Generate opportunities through:
Outbound prospecting
Telecalling and email outreach
LinkedIn and digital prospecting
Existing company databases
Referrals and business networks
Industry events
Channel relationships
Marketing-generated leads
Identify organisations with prospects for digitisation, automation and process improvement.
Develop business primarily across Delhi NCR and other assigned territories.
