US Sales Caller / International Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and results-driven US Sales Caller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers in the US market, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting our products/services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other sales activities.
Explain products or services clearly and effectively to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team, where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closing sales.




Collaborate with the sales and management teams to improve performance.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Experience in US sales, international sales, cold calling, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
Comfortable working in US time zones/night shifts.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven workplace.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
