Head of Human Resources

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Eduflair is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our growing HR function. This is not a traditional HR administration role. We are looking for a strong HR leader who can build systems, develop the HR team, drive performance, solve complex people challenges and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
Build and drive Learning & Development initiatives
Establish solid KRA/KPI and Performance Management systems
Manage Employee Relations, engagement and organizational culture
Oversee Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
Strengthen HR Operations, SOPs, HRMS and employee lifecycle processes
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of practical HR experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed, top-tier business school/institution – Mandatory




Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
Experience working in a credible, professionally managed organization
Robust understanding of end-to-end HR systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to build systems and drive execution
Native-level Malayalam communication
Very robust English and Hindi communication skills
Robust leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills

We are looking for a highly energetic, proactive and approachable HR leader who can take ownership of the HR function and build a high-performing team.

Only candidates with robust, proven practical HR leadership experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
