Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services, products, and offers clearly.
Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Identify customer requirements and generate leads.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and valuable convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
