Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines, including hydraulic and servo systems.
Handle maintenance of hot runner systems, molds and related equipment.
Maintain plant utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers and DG sets.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Improve machine utilization, reliability and overall equipment efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure secure working conditions.
Provide hands-on technical support for electrical,



hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualification: CIPET / BE / Diploma (Electrical)

Experience: 8–10 years in injection molding machine maintenance

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Candidates with robust hands-on troubleshooting experience in plastic injection molding plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
