Key Responsibilities
Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules for all production and utility equipment.
Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and machine history.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for efficient plant operations.

Required Experience

Hands-on maintenance experience in:
Sev, Gathiya & Namkeen production machines
Fryers, heating systems, mixers & seasoning machines
Extruders, conveyors & elevators
Automatic weighing & packing machines
VFFS / Pouch Packing Machines
Nitrogen flushing systems
Metal detectors & checkweighers
Compressors & pneumatic systems




Freezing systems / IQF equipment
Cold rooms & freezer rooms
Refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators
Refrigeration piping & valves
Packaging machines

Technical Skills

Must have robust knowledge of:
PLC & VFD Systems
HT & LT Electrical Lines
Mechanical Maintenance
Electrical Troubleshooting
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
