Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead a team of developers and own the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, workflows, implementation, deployment, and production support, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
Own technical delivery and provide guidance on ServiceNow solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
Develop complex workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.




Manage Update Sets and deployment activities across settings.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, testing, and release activities.
Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs.
Participate in client discussions, blueprinting workshops, and requirement sessions.
Conduct knowledge-transfer and technical training sessions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

Mandatory Skills
