Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, national campaigns, and product branding. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads and should be able to drive online sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage national/pan-India marketing campaigns.
Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Develop marketing strategies for product branding and product launches.
Manage Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
Manage and improve Shopify e-commerce operations.
Handle product listings, offers, promotions, and online sales campaigns.
Develop strategies to increase Amazon, Shopify, and website sales.
Monitor campaign performance, sales, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure good ROI.




Work with the creative and content teams to develop effective advertisements.
Study competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour.
Prepare regular campaign and sales performance reports.
Identify recent opportunities to increase online sales and customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce.
Experience handling national campaigns.
Experience in product branding and marketing.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
Valuable experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Valuable understanding of online sales and customer acquisition.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in scaling a product/brand across India will be an advantage.
