About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-driven HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for 2,000+ employees in a quick-paced, high-growth setting.

The role will involve ownership of HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and process improvement, along with managing a team of 10–20 HR professionals. You will also work closely with the Founder’s Office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for 2,000+ employees.
Lead and manage a team of 10–20 HR professionals.
Build and streamline onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit processes.




Manage large-scale, multi-entity payroll processing.
Oversee salary calculations, incentives, deductions, disbursements, F&F; settlements, arrears, and salary revisions.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
Oversee BGV and POSH compliance.
Manage bulk onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.
Formulate and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workflows.
Manage HRMS; Keka experience is preferred.
Coordinate with ATS platforms for recruitment processes.
Drive HR process automation and digitization.
Track HR metrics and prepare MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
Experience managing HR operations for 1,000+ employees.
Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members.
