About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Head of Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of projects across the organisation.The role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, as per agreed specifications and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing premium/luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or architectural projects, along with the ability to lead internal teams, contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Planning & Execution
Own the complete project lifecycle from order handover to final installation, commissioning, and closure.
Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, scope, and timelines.
Establish explicit project priorities and monitor progress against planned milestones.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks,



and dependencies and take timely corrective action.

Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations and stages of execution.
Monitor project schedules, site readiness, material availability, installation, and completion.
Establish effective project review mechanisms and conduct regular project status reviews.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, measurements, drawings, BOQs, and project handovers.
Maintain accurate project MIS, dashboards, forecasts, and management reports.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the key point of contact for project-related matters with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Build solid relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams during project handover and execution.
