Job Description – Sr. Executive - HR

Position: Sr. Executive - HR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, documentation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
Assist with PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labour Law, and other statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries and resolve routine HR-related concerns.
Conduct employee induction and support employee engagement activities.
Track probation,



confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
Coordinate resignation, exit formalities, full & final settlement, and relieving documentation.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, attrition, and leave.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and staffing.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks
