Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the productive functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of elevators and escalators as per the schedule.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in elevators.
Attend and resolve emergency breakdown calls promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during servicing.
Maintain records of service activities, including checklists and reports.
Replace faulty parts and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Liaise with clients to explain technical issues and service requirements.
Provide support during warranty claims and follow up with the technical team.
Train junior technicians and apprentices as required.
Ensure timely submission of service reports and documentation to management.

Key Skills:
Solid knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.




Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Awareness of safety standards and regulatory requirements in the elevator industry.
Customer relationship management skills.
Time management and ability to handle multiple service calls.
Basic knowledge of inventory management for spare parts.

Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
Certification in elevator maintenance or safety management (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
