Urgently Hiring CA for Manufacturing cum Retail Group | Accounting, Audit & Compliance

Role & responsibilities

A. Manufacturing Accounting:
Handling complete manufacturing accounting including raw material costing, production costing, BOM, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
Inventory control, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
Factory expense monitoring and cost optimization.

B. Retail & Accounts:
Overall accounting, finalization of P&L;, Balance Sheet and consolidation of Manufacturing + Retail + Warehouse accounts.
Daily sales reconciliation, showroom profitability and MIS reporting to MD.

C. Audit:
End-to-end management of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit & Stock Audit.
Implementing robust internal controls and SOPs across factory and retail outlets.

D. Finance & Compliance:
100% compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI,



Skilled Tax and Companies Act for both manufacturing and retail entities.
Handling Income Tax assessments, GST assessments, and liaison with auditors, banks & government departments.
Banking, fund flow, working capital and loan management.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant with vast experience in a Manufacturing cum Retail / Trading setup.
Solid expertise in Accounting & Financial Compliance and Accounting Audit.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, GST, Income Tax & ROC compliances.
Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP, Advanced Excel and ERP systems.
Should be able to lead a team and work closely with MD.
