Job Summary

Role Overview We are looking for a robust Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with experience in MongoDB, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and GitOps tools. Retail banking experience is preferred. Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad.

Responsibilities
Develop and support Java & Spring Boot microservices
Work with Core Java and Kotlin
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitOps)
Deploy applications using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
Work with MongoDB for database operations
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth delivery
Handle production support activities

Required Skills
Solid experience in Java and Spring Boot Microservices
Core Java and Kotlin knowledge
MongoDB hands-on experience
CI/CD pipeline understanding (GitOps)
Kubernetes and ArgoCD exposure
Basic cloud workplace knowledge
Production support experience

Nice to Have
Retail Banking domain experience
API Gateway exposure
Monitoring tools knowledge (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
