About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in social media and content.

You’ll work closely with our creative, content and marketing teams to manage and execute social media for a range of brands across fashion, lifestyle, luxury, beauty, home and eCommerce.

We’re looking for someone who understands how social media works, keeps up with trends, has a positive eye for content and can keep multiple projects moving.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
Assist in developing and maintaining monthly social media calendars.
Research and suggest content ideas based on brand objectives, trends, occasions and current conversations.
Coordinate with copywriters, designers, photographers and other team members to ensure content is delivered on time.
Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, carousels and other social media content.
Assist with captions, hooks,



CTAs and other short-form social copy.
Stay updated on Instagram trends, Reels formats, trending audio and emerging content styles.
Research competitors and relevant brands for content inspiration and opportunities.
Coordinate shoots and gather content requirements from clients and internal teams.
Manage content calendars, deadlines, approvals and publishing schedules.
Coordinate client feedback and approvals.
Ensure approved content is published accurately and on time.
Monitor basic social media metrics such as reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
Assist with monthly social media reports and content performance analysis.
Support influencer and creator collaborations, including research and coordination.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, Reels, social media series and brand storytelling.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to maintain consistency across each brand.
