We are looking for an Inventory / Stock Executive responsible for maintaining and managing Raw Material and Finished Goods stock.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of Raw Material and Finished Goods inventory.
Record daily stock receipts, issues, transfers and dispatches.
Monitor physical stock and reconcile it with system/records.
Maintain proper stock registers and inventory documentation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores and Dispatch teams.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify discrepancies.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper identification, storage and handling of materials.




Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Support stock audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:
Experience in inventory, stores or stock management preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Valuable understanding of Raw Material and Finished Goods stock management.
Valuable record-keeping and coordination skills.
Candidate should be responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
