Role & responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations and supervision of the hostel and students.
Ensure students follow daily schedules, reporting timings, hostel rules and discipline.
Monitor student attendance and maintain daily records.
Act as the primary point of contact for students for their day-to-day concerns and requirements.
Handle student complaints, conflicts and routine issues in a calm and qualified manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, food & beverage, front office and management to resolve student-related issues.
Monitor the safety, well-being and overall comfort of students.
Communicate significant announcements, instructions and schedule changes to students.
Supervise and coordinate with Caretaker.
Handle and escalate serious or sensitive student matters to management appropriately.
Maintain records of complaints, incidents, attendance and other student-related activities.
Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
Ensure professional, respectful and appropriate communication with all students.





Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Administration, HR, Event Management or a related field will be preferred.
Experience in hostel management, student coordination, hospitality, administration, customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and people-management skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
