Role & responsibilities:
Supervise manufacturing activities for External Preparations and Solid Dosage Forms (Tablets / Pessaries).
Ensure smooth operation of packing lines, including barcoding systems.
Maintain and review shop-floor documentation (BMR/BPR) in compliance with GMP requirements.
Monitor process adherence, coordinate with QA/Engineering, and support deviation handling.
Handle and guide shop-floor manpower to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience in External Liquid and Tablet.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
Robust knowledge of GMP, BMR/BPR documentation, and barcoding systems.
Hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations and workforce supervision.
Valuable communication skills and a compliance-driven mindset.
