Operate and monitor motor and pump testing panels, dynamometers, load systems, and measuring instruments.
Prepare and maintain test reports, test data, graphs, and performance records.
Compare test results with approved design specifications and identify deviations.
Assist R&D; Engineers in prototype testing, product validation, and product development trials.
Analyze abnormal test results and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.




Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Testing teams for resolving technical issues.
Ensure proper calibration and condition of testing equipment and measuring instruments.
Follow applicable IS/BIS standards, internal testing procedures, safety requirements, and SOPs.
Maintain testing records, equipment logs, and documentation for traceability.
Support development and improvement of testing methods, fixtures, and test setups.
Ensure secure working practices during electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and high-load testing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
