Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage our end-to-end purchasing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality goods and services, evaluating suppliers, and executing strategic negotiations to secure the best commercial terms. A critical requirement for this role is hands-on expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) to streamline our procurement workflows, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory data.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers aligned with company quality and cost standards.
Conduct market research to identify emerging sourcing trends, potential supply risks, and cost-saving prospects.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of approved vendors and track supplier performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and quality.
Strategic Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing,



favorable payment terms, and robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Review, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and annual purchase agreements to maximize value and minimize legal or supply risks.
Collaborate with internal technical or operations teams to understand exact specifications before initiating vendor negotiations.
SAP & Procurement Operations
Execute the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle efficiently within SAP.
Generate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GRN), and Request for Quotations (RFQ) in the SAP system.
Analyze SAP data to track inventory levels, monitor open POs, and resolve any price or quantity variances during invoice verification.
Inventory & Compliance
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
