About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled
Motion Graphic Designer
with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a
digital marketing agency
, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in motion graphics, video editing, animation, and digital content creation, with a valuable understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling.

The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects, creating engaging short-form content, and collaborating with content, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging
motion graphics, animated posts, reels, and short-form video content
for social media and digital campaigns.
Design and edit promotional videos, advertisements, brand films, and storytelling content.




Apply advanced video editing techniques, including transitions, text animation, visual effects, sound synchronization, pacing, and color adjustments.
Develop visually appealing content optimized for different digital platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual and motion-based content.
Collaborate with the
Content, Marketing, and Creative teams
to understand project requirements and execute concepts effectively.
Stay updated with emerging
motion design, video, social media, and AI trends
.
Utilize AI-powered tools to improve video production efficiency and explore innovative creative approaches.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual and motion content.
Organize and maintain project files, assets, and source files systematically.
