Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing including inputs, validation, approvals and salary processing.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory compliances.
Manage Full & Final settlements and employee payroll queries.
Conduct payroll reconciliation, audits and variance analysis.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, payroll vendors and statutory authorities.
Manage HRMS/payroll systems and ensure accurate employee master data.
Monitor labour-law changes and ensure timely statutory filings.
Drive payroll automation, process improvement and governance.

Candidate Profile:
610 years of hands-on Payroll & Compliance experience.
Robust experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Solid knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity and Bonus.
Experience in payroll audit, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
Positive understanding of Indian labour laws.
Experience with HRMS/payroll platforms.
Solid Excel and data-analysis skills.
Experience in Retail / D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Consumer businesses preferred.
Multi-location payroll experience will be an advantage
